Cajasol - Real MadridFor sure Real will be a real power this season but now at the beginning of it. Real these days only learning new schemes and players trying to addapt for new schemes and roles. I am pretty sure that at this moment there is no chemistry inside the team after such big changes and this should affect team performance too. For this game Real also has big hole unders baskets because Reyes is injured and Lavrinovic just returned to practive. Garbajosa, Herville and Samb are not the "go-to" players and offensively Madrid may meet serious troubles.
Cajasol also changed many things this summer but they are playing at home where they are usually hot especially against Real Madrid. J.Plazza is an ex-coach of Real and probably will use some tricks to limit his ex-players on offense because he knows their weak points as nobody else.
Madrid is public side here but -8 is higher than standard and I think that we have too much public factor on Real Madrid. Fair line here should be -5.5 not higher. I think that Caja can show a fighting spirit in front of own supporters and even to win a game. Public moved line to Cajasaol +8.5 and this looks very tempting. Xacobeo Blu:Sens, is a professional Basketball team based in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia. 2009–10 will be its returning season to te Spanish top division after the Supreme Court conceded that the Juver Murcia committed improper alignment in a matchup in the 1990 promotion playoff. They signed 12 players from different clubs and new coach. Most of their preseason games were against 2nd division teams and I am sure that it is impossible to create a new team in 3 months to compete against one of the best Euroleague teams.
Regal Barcelona prepared for this game quite seriuosly and should not meet any problems here. Maybe they will use 1st quarter to find opponents weak and strong points but than with help of iron defense they should dominate on the field.
Barcelona is very powerfull on both ends of the floor and expect them to win this game quite easily by double digits. Defensively Xacobeo looked quite well in preseason game so Barca which is not at top conditions right may have some problems in offense (at least in reaching mid 80's points). But offensively things will be very-very tough for hosts and I would not be suprised if they would fail to score 60 points.
Under is the best choice here. I expect something like 62-79 for Barcelona.
