If you are you looking for good Saturday in French Pro A Basketball League I can tell 2 positions where I feel quite confident at least for medium bets.

Nancy - Poitiers

The first one comes from Nancy. Nancy one of the season favorites in France but there were plaqued by different injuries in September and lost almost all their preseason games. There are no seriuos injuries before this game in both rosters but at this moment Nancy does not look like a team capable of covering such big handicaps even playing at home.

Poities is a new promoted team from PRO B division but they are champions of that league. And their core of its players are playing together for 3 years and  after playing such long time together they should play like a well organised team. They signed leader of Besancon to add more depth to their roster and I think at this moment they should play good basketball.

Sure Poitiers lack class and top-experience to pretend for a win here but I think that they are more than capable to fight for 14.5 handicap. I see this game as a close one with Nancy winning it in the end by 8-12 points.

Toulon - Roanne

Both teams have the same coaches from last season and that means that their offensive mentality should be with them again this season. Toulon saved some important players from last season and added very good americans who can score points. At least looking into preseason results looks like this team can score and allow 80+ in every game.

Roanne has more attitude to defense but have 80+ offense too. When travelling to Toulon it's hard to expect low scoring match and I expect high scoring game here again.
