Khimki - Cibona

Here we have 2 defensive minded teams which defends better than score points. Khimki might see some troubles offensively because Cibona defending very smart and rarely allows more than 73 points to its basket. Against good defensive teams Khimki's offense often stops working as it works against open court team and without scoring 75+ points it will be very hard to cover such big handicap.

Cibona on other side has scoring problems. It will be really hard to score from paint zone because Khimki defense is really good there while 3-points shooting can be turned off away from home. Anyway I think Cibona should score in the 62-67 points range.

Prokom - Zalgiris

Zalgiris will play without 2 big players: Watson and Klimavacius, Begic is injured but should be on the court. Sure they still have Delas on center position but with just 3 healthy players it will be hard to cover 4th and 5th position on the court. Especially taking into consideration that 2 ofthose 3 players are 19 y.o. boys (Delas and Vene) and another one is Begic who can't play long due the low physical conditions and fouls trouble.

Prokom players are experienced and very confident at home. They are better on all positions this time and they should be able to dominate on the court today in any case.

Prokom offensive power should be a factor today because they can score 80+ points to Zalgiris defense any single night while Zalgiris in best case can score 70-74 points. I think it is good chance to trust Prokom.
