In his first season with the Rytas, Babrauskas averaged 6.7 points and 1.9 rebounds for 15 EuroCup games. They managed to win this competition and to book a spot for Euroleague 2009/10. Babrauskas registered 9 ppg and 2.1 rpg for 26 games in LKL, where Rytas grabbed the title
