Euroleague Week 9. Against the market
As you probably know the last thing I do after bad day it is try to compensate it next day. Instead of this I am trying to forget them and concentrate on the distance. Also today is kind of day when it is hard to find good picks. This is the end of regular season and motivation is missing in some games, while in others motivation is included into the handicap. For today I have choosen only pick but it is against the market.
Montepaschi - Regal Barcelona
Market goes quite heavily for under 146.5 in this match because two defensive team playing in Siena court. It is quite easy to find why under looks so promising for many punters if we look into defensive numbers of Barcelona. Barca allowing only 59 points per game in Euroleague. But is that because of their defense? Olimpija, Unics and Galatasaray scored 64-66 but these teams are just weak offensively. Montepaschi at home known as perfect scorers and I see them in 70-77 points range today against the mighty but no so motivated Barcelona defense.
On other side Barcelona has balanced attack and scores 70+ points almost in each their away game. Montepaschi defense does not looks so iron as last year and I think that Barcelona playing with full roster in Siena is more than capable to score 70+ points too.
I see this game in 146-158 points range and I go for over 145 here.
