New Orleans Hornets vs San Antonio Spurs ESPN previewIn evening their best-of-seven series 2-2 with a 100-80 rout of New Orleans, the Spurs did everything we've become accustomed to seeing over the past few years. Each of their big three produced big numbers, with Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan combining for 54 points in the first three quarters to put the champs up 85-61 before the Hornets waved the white flag. The Spurs' ball movement was outrageously good, with the ball flying around the perimeter once one of the big three gave it up and seemingly always landing in the paws of an open shooter. That enabled the Spurs to shoot 58.9 percent through three quarters and assist 22 of their 33 field goals; nearly all the ones that weren't assisted were straight screen-and-roll drives by Parker. |

AJ Milano v Premiata Montegranaro
Premiata Montegranaro vs Olimpia Milano 73:69 10.05.2008 Olimpia Milano vs Premiata Montegranaro 78:74 01.03.2008 Premiata Montegranaro vs Olimpia Milano 82:73 04.11.2007
These teams played 3 times this season and all games were close enough however in all matches hosts prevailed over away team. Same trend was last year where teams played also 3 times and as I remember Milan won season series 2-1. This year Montegranaro looks a bit stronger and their 4th place in regular is not a surprise for me. They have experienced players like K.Garris (ex-Milan player), S.Ford, J.Tomas and these players knows how to play under stress in playoff mode.

VS
Cleveland Cavs vs Boston Celtics LeBron James swished a few uncontested 20-foot jump shots. He made layups, finger rolls, 3-pointers and free throws - a few left-handed. He even worked on a few trick shots in a friendly game of "P-I-G" On Friday, James hardly missed. It's so easy when the Boston Celtics aren't around. Cleveland's superstar looked relaxed and upbeat on Friday as he and the Cavaliers, down 0-2 in the Eastern Conference semifinals, studied film and shot around while trying to figure out how to solve Boston's boa-constricting defense.Over the first two games, James shot 19 percent (8-of-42) from the field. The All-Star forward committed twice as many turnovers (17) as he had field goals (8). He's 0-for-10 on 3-pointers, and his 16.5 points per game average is 13.5 lower than his league-leading mark during the regular season. |

Montepaschi vs. Upim Bologna
For sure Montepaschi is clear favorite of these playoffs series with only 3 losses this season but -16 handicap for Game 1 looks like an slight overstimation of Montepaschi. I agree that they much better team, with better matchups and mentality but -16 is too much as for me at least for playoffs.
