Latvia U20 - Montenegro U20

Montenegro after surprise-win against Spain and "planned" win against Bulgaria goes overestimated against host team. Montenegro last year played in Division B and I doubt that their class has grew up such tremendously. Spain underestimated them in first game and lost but I doubt that Latvia will do the same mistake because now they know how dangerous Montenegro could be.

Latvia played good 1st half against Spain and I expect them to be fully motivated to take win here. If they win they will go into Round 2 with 1 victory and good chances to fight for better spots but if they lose they will start second round with 0 points and low chances. Full motivation and home crowd support should help to win this game.

If these teams would play in first game day I think we would see 7.5 points handicap which is more or less fair line here.

I dont know anything about Montenegro, but I saw yesterdays game Latvia- Spain.
Latvia have huge problems under the basket, especially in offensive. Trashy
centers.
