Latvia vs Bulgary

We have 2 different class teams here. Latvia was 9th team in Division A 2 years ago at U-16 EC while Bulgaria was 17th in Division B. Latvia have balanced talented roster and they fighted well against Croatia and Turkey which were the favorites of the group and major pretendents for Final Four here. Now Latvia appeared in must-win situation because if they loss they will fight for relegation. 

Bulgaria is one of the weakest teams here at least for me. It was a big suprise for me that they have equal games yesterday against Croatia but maybe it was because of understimation or other reasons which depends from Croatia.

Bulgary have problems in offense and taking into consideration that Latvia has ability to defend under 70 points I see them huge favorites of this game. At least I would set -8.5 handicap here instead of 4.5 points and I think that this line represent value.
