 Turkey vs. Russia
Russians came from weakest group of this tournament with Germany, Estonia and France. This is the only reason why they listed as 5.5 favorites in this game against talented Turkey. In my opinion is a candidate for Final Four of this European championship and if they want to achieve goal they have set before this game they must win this game.
I expected to see 1.90-1.90 line here and only because of current results on this tournament. Turkey lost to strong Croatia and won in close game against Latvia which is not a bad team in my opinion. In friendly game played this summer Turkey won 74-66 so I expect another close game with high chances of Turkey win.

France vs Latvia. Latvia +14.5
Everything is possible when France is playing. I can't see them such strong favorites in this game. Latvia is dangerous team and can fight with any team on this tournament including France.
Serbia vs Spain: Over 147.5
Spain is fastest team of this tournament, and Serbia is most agressive team in offense. Serbia will use their big centers against low Spain roster while spaniards will run the floor and score easy points with a lot of 3 pointers. I expect to see 152-157 points game here.
