Besancon - Strasbourg
Strasbourg is playing well in defense allowing only 72.3 pts per game, but seems that their defense is not superb especially if they score points. Besancon last 13 games average total is 160.2 and as usual I expect from them offensive-minded basketball at home. They have signed David Harrison recently, I doubt about his chances to play in today's match but anyway there is one more reason why I willing to try over in this game. On September, 6 these teams played in Strasbourg and home team won that game in last quarter 87-75 (21-19, 18-19, 27-23, 22-13). But Besancon was without 3 important players: Wooten, Hoard and T.Ruzic. Today they are available and I expect very hard and interesting match from these teams. As you see from quarters totals all of them were about 37-41 points but today offensive performance could be better because Besancon score 70+ points in all their LNB matches and Strasbourg seems that finally find a way to opponents basket after win against Pau Orthez 95-66. I am a bit fearful of Strasbourg defensive ability because sometimes they limit opponents in 65-69 points range but even in this case I feel that they can score 80+ points today in open-style game with a lot of long range shoots.
